  • At this time, Equine Extremist ships merchandise only most international locations if used in conjunction with PAYPAL payment service. Phone orders are only for US and Canadian orders. All orders are procesed in US currency. Please check your bank for any associated fees or charges. Orders are shipped within 7 days of purchase. If you need the item sooner, please contact our office for shipping availability. Items needing to be personalized or signed, may take up to 4 weeks.
    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We track all shipped packages. Please contact us if your order hasn't been received. Thank you.

  • All items are new unless otherwise noted. Items purchased on this site may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Item returned must be new and in resellable conditon. DVD's are non-returnable if opened, a defective dvd will be replaced with the same title. You will be credited for any return shipment of defective titles and product. Call us for an RMA# to put on return package. Shipments without RMA will not be processed for a return.
